For many witches, myself included, Samhain represents the true Witches’ New Year, a sacred threshold between what has been and what is waiting to emerge.
This year, I am opening the circle for my first-ever in-person day retreat, held within the ancient and powerful landscape of Avebury.
Limited to just 12 guests, this intimate six-hour experience is for women who feel called to step away from everyday life, connect with like-minded souls and experience the turning of the wheel together.
You do not need to be an experienced witch or follow one particular path. You simply need to arrive with an open heart and a willingness to connect.
We will begin by creating a welcoming women’s circle where you can settle, ground and feel held within the group.
Throughout the day, we will:
Share a guided seasonal meditation
Pull oracle cards and explore the messages they hold for us
Write letters to our ancestors and honour those who walked before us
Journey into Avebury’s ancient stone circle to release our messages and meditate with the stones
Share lunch together in a relaxed, bring-a-plate gathering
Create protective black salt from our ritual offering for you to take home
Close with energy-balancing work facilitated by Gayle
Receive a personalised energy reading to support your path beyond the retreat
This is not simply a day of learning. It is a day to experience, participate and remember what it feels like to practise in the company of others.
Samhain invites us to honour our ancestors, acknowledge what has ended and decide what we wish to carry into the next turn of the wheel.
Together, we will create space for reflection, release, protection and renewal—held by the land, the stones and the energy of the circle we create.
